This gentle bi-phase formula effectively whisks away all traces of eye makeup, including waterproof mascara, leaving the skin feeling refreshed and soothed, with no oily residue. Directions: Shake well to activate the bi-phase formula. Gently pour to soak the cotton pad. Place on eye area and hold. Gently wipe in an outwards motion. No rinsing necessary.
